Character Development, like Personal Development mean the developing of ones principles, practices and purpose. Through these workshops.

We will naturally move towards positive character development using basic  practices such as meditation. Principles such as “Ma-at”, Practices such as “Nguzo Saba”, Purpose such as through “Critical Analysis”, we will maintain our collective vocation to be the building and developing of our community in order to restore our people to their traditional greatness.

A key reason Character Development is a prerequisite to the skilled trades is the age old adage, "a fool and his money will soon part"… not calling anyone a fool, the idea in this adage is to be sure the currency circulate in the community many times before it leaves. 

​

Just like most areas of people activity the Afrikan contribution is put into the back of the list when more times than not the Afrikan people have been key to the development of these areas. This is a very important key into understanding the bigger picture of the world we live in and how things have gotten to this point right now.

There are Black people who are heavy in the fight for self-determination, and making improvements to injustices in the world we live in. Just like all other communities, there is a very small percentage of people who understand that there is a class of social engineers working to manipulate the people for their benefit.

Our goal is to sharpen black people's awareness in the area of social engineers to better suit us in our pursuit for power and peace.

After completion the student will have access to all membership activities.

Electrical is a very important part of any building project and it is a highly skilled trade taking many years to master, that takes Discipline. The Science of Electromagnetism and the logic of controls allows technicians to make things move in a smart way.

“A Definition of Words”

Character – The mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual. Strength and originality in a person’s nature. A person’s good reputation. The distinctive nature of someone.

Personality – The combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual’s distinctive character. Lively, engaging qualities.
